Ramos, comes out of retirement as the Old Pueblo is bombarded with explosive devices. The M.O. is reminiscent of The Press Room Bomber, a case Shepard and Ramos closed 15 years ago. With the FBI trying to bulldoze the case and her partner, Detective Alicia focused more on a promotion, can Harriet keep her cool defusing the bomber’s plot before another deadly detonation.
